Jodee - Billing Coordinator

Hi, I’m Jodee! With 20 years of experience in dentistry, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles, starting as a Dental Assistant and transitioning into dental billing 10 years ago. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the connections we make with patients, and my favorite part of my job is getting to know each one and helping them overcome dental anxiety.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two wonderful kids. I love traveling (especially to Disney!) and spending quality time with my husband exploring new restaurants—being foodies, we’re always on the lookout for the next great spot to try.

We also enjoy cheering on our kids at their extracurricular activities. I’m truly passionate about what I do and excited to be part of a team that works hard to create a positive and supportive dental experience for our patients.

Liz - Treatment Coordinator

I’ve been working in dentistry for 26 years, and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping patients feel at home and ensuring they understand their insurance benefits. I’m passionate about making dental care more accessible and clear for everyone.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my three kids, reading, doing crafts, and taking on home projects. I also enjoy playing with my chocolate lab, Mousse, and my black lab puppy, Murray, who keeps me active and entertained.

I’m proud to be part of a team that focuses on providing great care and making every visit as comfortable as possible.

Tammy - Scheduling Coordinator

Hello, my name is Tammy and I have been working in the dental field as an assistant since 1991. I am excited to be transitioning to the front office for my next adventure in dentistry. I love helping to make the dental experience a good one for our patients and look forward to assisting them with all their needs. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, live music and spending time with my husband and kids. I’m excited to be a part of an amazing team and can’t wait to meet all of you!

Meet Our Hygienists

Mary Jo – Dental Hygienist

My favorite part about being a hygienist is interacting and caring for my longtime patient's health care. I grew up with a father that was a pediatric dentist and orthodontist. I graduated from UW in 1987 with my bachelors and decided to pursue a career in DH so I then went back to school at Clark College in Vancouver.  Started as a DH in July 1991, have been at this office with the same folks for 26 years! I enjoy playing the violin. (Was a concert violinist in college.) Showing dressage horses at a national level, judging dressage shows and scent tracking competitions (“nose works”) with my beautiful Akita, I love camping, entertaining, cooking and spending time with family & friends.

Nicole - Dental Hygienist

My name is Nicole, I have been a dental hygienist for 10 years. I love creating relationships with my patients and making dentistry stress free and enjoyable. I have been with Deschutes River Dentistry since 2017! I love this practice and our amazing team.

Outside of work I stay very busy with my family. I have a husband, daughter, two golden retrievers, and a cat! We enjoy adventuring outdoors and traveling.

Angelia - Dental hygienist

Hi! My name is Angelia. I started my dental career in 2009, as a civilian volunteer with the US Air Force - 86th Dental Squadron in Ramstein Germany. I graduated dental hygiene school in 2016 San Diego, as the class president. My favorite part of dentistry is building connections with my patients and learning their life story over time. I do my best everyday to provide an exceptional standard of care for our patients and try to create a fun loving, comfortable and supportive environment for my patients.

We put a lot of our creative energy into showing our fun office on social media and plan events within our community. If you have a chance check out our Instagram and/or Facebook for a deeper look into life with Deschutes River Dentistry.

Anna - Dental hygienist

Hi everyone, my name is Anna! I graduated from Eastern Washington University’s dental hygiene program in 2024, but my dental career began when I was 2 years old being carried into dental school classes. As most of you know I am Doc’s daughter, so dentistry runs in my veins! I started hanging out at this office when it was built in 2017 and I feel so thankful that I am able to start my career here and meet all of you.

In my free time I like to go on road trips, hang out with the best dog ever (Copper), and craft anything and everything.

Meet Our Assistants

Lee - Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA)

Hello! My name is Lee. I am an expanded functions dental assistant. I love building teeth back up and making our patients happy with their smiles. I love giving our patients the best possible experience when they are with me. I have been in dentistry for 28 years and still have a passion for it. I still learn new things in dentistry on a daily basis which helps me grow as a restorative auxiliary. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my son and his family, watching thriller/horror movies, being on the water, and caring for all my animals. I absolutely LOVE animals.

Suzie - Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA)

Hello! I'm Suzie and I've been in dentistry for 29 years with the last 10 years providing care as an EFDA! I absolutely love making beautiful smiles and happy faces. Tiffany - Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA)

Hi, my name is Tiffany! I’m one of Dr. Edwards’ Expanded Function Dental Assistants and bring over 20 years of experience in dental assisting. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me and my Husband on the sidelines cheering on our kids at one of their many sporting events—we’re often traveling to different states for travel softball! I’m thrilled to be part of the Deschutes River Dentistry team. The best part of my job is helping you achieve your healthiest, happiest smile.

Copper - Emotional Support Pup

Hello, my name is Copper! I roam the office to make sure you are comfortable during your visit. I love pets while the humans are working in your mouth. I like to play ball, but I probably won’t fetch for you. If I scare you or you’re allergic to me, please let the front office know, so I can stay in my office. See you soon!
