Nicole - Office Manager
Ashley- Financial Coordinator
Tamiah – Scheduling Coordinator
Hi! I’m the Scheduling Coordinator in the office. This means I’ll be the first face you see when you enter our office. I’ll help check you in and make sure we have all information needed to make your visit with us as stress free and pleasant as possible from the get go. I’ll work with you to coordinate optimal times for upcoming appointments for any treatment or cleanings needed. This includes getting you or your family in for urgent tooth situations as promptly as possible. I am also a Registered Dental Assistant so you may see me chairside as well. I love meeting new people, and making sure everyone feels welcome from the minute they step through the door! I grew up in Olympia, lived in Oregon for 5 years and moved back home about 5 years ago. I’m not only lucky but very happy to have found such an talented and motivating team of individuals to work aside as the business grows. I enjoy bowling, hiking, yoga, and a good cup of coffee! Can't wait to meet you!
Carrie – Treatment Coordinator
Hello! I’m the Treatment Coordinator for the office. With over 12 years experience I am happy to help our patients maximize their dental benefit plans. I look forward to getting to know patients and making their experience enjoyable. My 5 year old daughter is the biggest joy of my life. Every day with her is an adventure! I also love spending time with family and cooking.
Meet our Hygienists
Mary- Dental Hygienist
I have been a dental hygienist for over twenty years. I have known many of my patients for a long time and they are more like friends than patients. I started out interested in nursing but with a young family I changed to dentistry due to much better hours and couldn't be happier. My family is my first joy and I love ballroom dance, biking, hiking, really all sports outside.
Mary Jo – Dental Hygienist
My favorite part about being a hygienist is interacting and caring for my longtime patient's health care. I grew up with a father that was a pediatric dentist and orthodontist. I graduated from UW in 1987 with my bachelors and decided to pursue a career in DH so I then went back to school at Clark College in Vancouver. Started as a DH in July 1991, have been at this office with the same folks for 26 years! I enjoy playing the violin. (Was a concert violinist in college.) Showing dressage horses at a national level, judging dressage shows and scent tracking competitions (“nose works”) with my beautiful Akita, I love camping, entertaining, cooking and spending time with family & friends.
Nicole - Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Nicole! I absolutely love being a dental hygienist and working to accommodate my patients dental needs when I can. In my free time I enjoy playing with my white golden retrievers and spending time outdoors.
Meet our Assistants
LEANNE- EXPANDED FUNTIONS DENTAL AUXILIARY (EFDA)
Hi! My name is Leanne and I was born and raised right here in Tumwater. I graduated from SPSCC's dental assisting program in 2012 and became a national board certified dental assistant. In 2017 I returned to SPSCC for an additional year to specialize in placing fillings and am now a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). My #1 goal is to make my patients comfortable and confident that they are getting the quality treatment they deserve. I thrive on continually learning and growing within my role in the dental office. I love to help my team be successful everyday! Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my husband and two young Australian Cattle dogs, Emmylou and Sissy. I also love spending time outdoors: hiking, floating the river, camping, and playing with my dogs. I look forward to meeting you!
FELICIA- DENTAL ASSISTANT
I have been a dental assistant since teeth were carved out of ivory and toothbrushes were made from pine cones. Actually, went to school in Spokane back in the crazy 1970’s years. My husband had a job transfer in 1986 and we have called Olympia our home ever since. I Like working out in the yard and wandering around junk shops and unique stores. My goal has been to make our patients happier and more comfortable than when they came into our office. Hopefully big smiles in, bigger and better smiles out.
Kayli – Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Kayli, I graduated from SPSCC in 2014 from the dental assisting program and have been locally assisting for about 4 years now. I strive to make your dental experience a great one. My goal is to make sure that you not only understand what is needed for the health of your mouth but also to make sure your experience with us is as care free as possible. When I am not at work I am with my husband and our two pit-bulls.
